The Art of Everything Leadership Conversations is intended for both aspiring, emerging, and experienced leaders to come together in conversation and community around the key leadership concepts in the book. We encourage you to invite leaders to join us in this important opportunity. Come join us and participate in this interactive series focused on key elements of artful leadership.

Explore with the author, guest presenters, leaders, and arts educators key concepts of artistry, equity, empathic design, strategy, and humility as important elements equitable and creative leadership that can impact positive change. Supercharge your leadership and lean in on the habits of mind of the artist to create more equitable schools that change the equation for children and youth on the margins.
                     
FEE/MATERIALS:

$30 for all sessions which includes a copy of The Art of Everything: Leading for “We” in the Age of “Me". You can select electronic (Kindle) or hard copy.

A limited number of scholarships will be available.

 

COURSE CREDITS:

1-unit course extension credit available from CSU, San Marcos

 

PARTICPANTS WILL:

  • Gain valuable perspectives that inform your leadership skills and practices;

  • Be part of a community of practice, hear from practitioners, and engage in small group conversations to discuss and apply leadership principles;

  • Learn how to elevate arts education by deepening your own leadership practice around arts and creativity; and

  • Create your action plan for continuing a practice of leading for the “we” in the age of “me” in service of equity.


WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

County, District and School Educators and Leaders, Leaders of Arts Organization and Arts Education Advocates as well as aspiring leaders at any stage of career.
