HOW TO SUBMIT PUBLIC COMMENT
The California Arts Council accepts comments from the public during and prior to its business meetings. Written comments may be submitted in advance of virtual meeting of the Council and up through the close of the upcoming meeting at 2:30 p.m. on December 2, 2020. Public comment may be submitted anonymously if desired. All submitted comments will be distributed to and read by Council members. Comments submitted before 9:00 a.m. on November 30, 2020 will be submitted to the Council prior to their meeting. All submitted comments will also be entered into the official record of the meeting as part of the meeting minutes.

The public is also invited to provide live comments by voice during the designated public comment period on the meeting’s agenda. Individuals who wish provide live comments during the Council meeting must join the virtual meeting using the web registration link listed above.
The members of the California Arts Council meet approximately five times each year. Our meetings are governed by the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act of 2004. Agendas are posted here no later than ten days prior to the meeting date, and minutes are posted once approved by the Council (minutes for each meeting are normally approved at the next meeting).
